Like two feuding nations, mother Tess and daughter Anna cannot understand why the other has such objectionable values, unacceptable social networks and insufferable taste in just about everything. Living in their own myopic worlds prevents them from truly seeing and accepting each other as the individuals they are; as such, it takes divine intervention of a fortune cookie for them to experience first-hand -
