Pesticides / An Analysis Of Two Articles

Abstract: A 5 page paper analyzing two articles that deal with the question of whether or not we, as a planet, should use pesticides to meet the issue of world hunger. The two articles analyzed are 'Uncontrolled Pests or Adequate Food' by William R. Furtick and 'Will the Circle Be Unbroken' by David Weir and Constance Matthiessen. The main argument is that pesticides are not the only solution, and may not even be a real solution at all, to the complicated problem of world hunger. No additional sources cited.
