Cocoa's Sustainability

Abstract: A 9 page paper in two parts. Part I traces the "food route" of cocoa from production in Ghana through sale to processors, and provides a short history of cocoa. Part II provides a one-page letter to Hershey's CEO to encourage Hershey to use only cocoa from sustainable and high quality sources, such as Ghana's growers. Bibliography lists 13 sources.
