Global Warming: Disproportionate Impact and Foreign Aid

Abstract: A 3 page discussion of how to prepare developing countries to deal with the impacts of global warming. This paper contends that those most responsible for the pollution contributing to global warming provide aid to those countries in need. The point is made, however, that foreign aid is only one potential approach. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
