Abstract: 5 pages in length. The capacity to harm the environment is solely man's 'talent' inasmuch as the human race has the dubious honor of inflicting damage upon the environment to such a degree that entire species have disappeared from the face of the earth. The extent to which such environmentally criminal activities have placed the entire planet in peril is both grand and far-reaching; that big business has long been - and continues to be - one of the most significant perpetrators hearkens to the dawn of industrialism and the overruling quest for man's progress above environmental consideration.
