Global Warming: Its Effect Upon Underdeveloped Countries

Abstract: 5 pages in length. As the world continues to succumb to the effects of global warming, some areas of the planet have been discovered to be significantly more susceptible to the detrimental affects than others. For the most part, underdeveloped nations stand to suffer a much worse outcome than their developed counterparts, inasmuch as the change in climate will directly influence the manner in which their environment reacts. The writer discusses how such countries as India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Philippines appear to be on a collision course with time, as their entire economic and environmental stability will likely crumble as global warming inevitably wreaks its final havoc.
