Plato/Allegory of the Cave

Abstract: A 3 page essay that, first of all, offers a brief description of the life of Plato and his relationship to Socrates. Then, there is a brief synopsis of two readings, the allegory of the cave and Socrates' death scene Phaedo. Then, the writer offers a reaction response to the allegory of the cave, relating Plato's insight to contemporary experience. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
