Abstract: A 9 page book review that critiques and summarizes Laura C. Hammond's This Place Will Become Home (2004), which is a thorough, scholarly and intimate anthropological study of the experience of a group of Ethiopian refugees who are repatriated to their home country from camps in the Sudan.
