International Environmental Resource Law: Fisheries

Abstract: A 30 page overview of environmental resource law as it relates to the protection of the world's fisheries. The efforts of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) are highlighted, particularly in regard to their efforts to curb fishery piracy and to insure adequate water quality.
