Abstract: This 5 page report discusses two works of ancient art from Sumeria/Mesopotamia and the Greek island of Crete, home of the Minoan culture. The actual artworks are considered as well as what they represent for the ancient cultures from which they were created. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
