Abstract: A philosophical critique of any given argument must rest on the merits as well as the faults of the presentation of the argument. An argument is only as solid as the logic it is formed on. This 5 page paper asserts that the argument presented in the article, All Animals Are Equal by Peter Singer is not valid inasmuch as he does not present sufficient cause or a logical order to his argument.
