Abstract: When one thinks of the name Bronte, it is most often thought of in the plural of Charlotte and Emily or even the triple: Charlotte, Emily and Anne. All three sisters were published writers: Charlotte being most noted for Jane Eyre; Emily for Wuthering Heights and Anne for Agnes Grey.
