Integrating Computers in the High School Curriculum

Abstract: This 5 page report is a position paper that discusses the importance of computers in high school education. High school students must have computer expertise, regardless of the work and professional field they choose to enter after graduation. In order to be prepared for success they should be learning the fundamentals of computer use and application as thoroughly as possible. High school offers an excellent opportunity for teenagers to explore computer technology beyond the realm of computer and video games and see the potential for computers in their future.
