Contends that this is the best political system in the world and addresses the problems countries such as Russia have experienced in trying to transition to democracy. Summarizes that the democratic opposition-tolerant electoral process which allows free speech is superior to any political system in the world. While there may be trials and tribulations involved in is initial implementation, and indeed in its ongoing function, this is true regardless of a country's relative economic status or political culture.
